I expect the VC money that paid for StubHub is in someway secured against Viagogo’s assets but I don’t know that.

I think Vivid could be in position to rescue the customers stranded if SH fails because they have big VC partners who love a deal and if SH fails it may go fast and cheap.

I think this deal might be too big for TN but I think Don Vacarro is a survivor and he will figure a way through to whenever things start back up.
